Damaged Goods
If you receive a textbook which has been damaged during postage, photograph the damaged book and forward the photos to support@defs.com.au. For you to receive a replacement textbook the damaged book will need to be returned to DEFS with all postage paid by the purchaser. Upon receiving the damaged book a new book will be sent to you free of postage charges.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
